The Service Manager Wes Reed is extremely knowledgeable, as is his Assistant Service Manager Craig Tedeschi, who was extremely helpful as well. Talking to their Sales Manager, Roger Waugh, about selling a second car back to them was also an unexpected, pleasant conversation. Hopefully, Smith Mercedes-Benz can keep me from changing brands.
