Dishonest diagnosis and A huge bill to Pay My 1998 Mercedes station had $5,000 worth of work done on it 7 months ago. If your company had just been honest about the extensive corrosion and rust My 1998 Mercedes station had $5,000 worth of work done on it 7 months ago. If your company had just been honest about the extensive corrosion and rust we would never have spent this money. Last week the power steering broke in the middle of an intersection almost causing an accident. Our local garage said there was so much rust in the cable leading to the power steering and brakes cables that the car should be towed to the scrap metal yard. I think your company should be honest about the condition of the cars they service for the safety of your customers. Instead we were convinced to spend more with each call on repairs we never would have done if we’d know the cars condition. The car came back clean and David Penny was nice but please don’t send us anymore notices to service this car. We are extremely upset about the loss of money which could have gone towards buying another car. More
