I even got a free loaner from H&M Motor works which is where I go today for all my routine maintenance for my Mercedes. More

Above and beyond. I came in to have my car serviced and to get 4 new tires. In addition I had some minor damage to the rear bumper. I worked with Craig in service and I came in to have my car serviced and to get 4 new tires. In addition I had some minor damage to the rear bumper. I worked with Craig in service and he ensured that all the work go done on time, and then referred an excellent body shop for me to have fix the damage. He coordinated them coming to see the car while it was at the dealership and made sure I had everything I needed to complete all of the repairs. Great customer service.
