5 stars for everything because I appreciate how quickly they took my car in and performed the warranty work I requested. I was just a little annoyed that the technician stated I had "coolant and oil" leaki they took my car in and performed the warranty work I requested. I was just a little annoyed that the technician stated I had "coolant and oil" leaking from the oil cooler. He recommended replacing the oil cooler lines, which is correct, since they are rusted out and leaking oil. But when I asked the service writer why he said there's leaking coolant, I was told that the technician is Mercedes certified and that's what he says. The Mercedes certification is a 17 week factory course that doesn't make you a veteran mechanic. It's understandable to forget that a front mounted air cooled oil cooler doesn't have antifreeze in it, but doubling down and claiming Mercedes certification makes the guy right is just disrespectful. I'd expect that from a lesser dealership where the service writers don't know anything about cars, but this one seemed as though he might have some mechanic experience, so I was surprised. More
