My car was totaled I called Brockton to ask him about getting into a new certified C300 all wheel drive and his first question was "are you ok". He then listened to what was important to me for options and found me a car that fit my budget. He followed up a couple days later and asked me how everything was with the car, I mentioned to him that the car had a scratch on the rear bumper that I did not see, he asked when a good day was came to my house picked up the car and had the scratch removed.
