Stepped Up for Me Under Duress Smith Motors staff to the rescue! My vintage Mercedes died on the highway twice that afternoon. It finally restarted and I made it to Haverhill. Nick in Service and Steve in the Parts Department made sure both my vehicle & personal needs were taken care of in every way. Parts arrived from Germany earlier than expected and the compound/intermittent issues were solved by Karl working on my car. He also returned the old parts to me, taking time to point out the failures of a circuit board internal to one of the components. All in all, I feel extremely well taken care of, my 28 year old car is now reliable again, and the pricing was very fair. What’s not to like here? Thank you Smith Crew! MBL More
