Stepped Up for Me Under Duress Smith Motors staff to the rescue! My vintage Mercedes died on the highway twice that afternoon. It finally restarted and I made it to Haverhill. Smith Motors staff to the rescue! My vintage Mercedes died on the highway twice that afternoon. It finally restarted and I made it to Haverhill. Nick in Service and Steve in the Parts Department made sure both my vehicle & personal needs were taken care of in every way. Parts arrived from Germany earlier than expected and the compound/intermittent issues were solved by Karl working on my car. He also returned the old parts to me, taking time to point out the failures of a circuit board internal to one of the components. All in all, I feel extremely well taken care of, my 28 year old car is now reliable again, and the pricing was very fair. What’s not to like here? Thank you Smith Crew! MBL More

Traveled the distance only to be told the car was sold! As a working mother of three boys who likes to use her time wisely, I called ahead before making the 1 1/2 drive to Haverhill from the seacoast area o As a working mother of three boys who likes to use her time wisely, I called ahead before making the 1 1/2 drive to Haverhill from the seacoast area of NH on a Holiday weekend to ensure the car was still available. We drove from out of state in bumper to bumper traffic down route 125. My twin boys stopped for a bathroom break so the journey took a half hour longer than expected. We finally arrived to the dealership only to be greeted by the salesperson (Brockton) and told that the car was just sold! I was flabbergasted! I had just called an hour and a half before in which he assured me he would pull the car up and have it ready. I even told him I was traveling with children. I found this whole experience to unprofessional, and insensitive. This is why car salespeople have such bad names; pulling moves like that is absolutely uncalled for and unforgiving. I do not recommend this establishment or Brockton. More
