I was prepared to make a deal and found the Brockton to be straight-forward. His figures aligned with mine very quickly. There was no needless drama. What impressed me most was Brockton's quick response to a concern I expressed after first test-driving the vehicle. He addressed my concern immediately by taking steps to remedy the issue that I had raised and inviting me to take second test-drive of the same vehicle. I was very pleased with the result and bought the vehicle that night. I received several compliments about the car I was trading and was offered a very fair price.
