Nick in Service and Steve in the Parts Department made sure both my vehicle & personal needs were taken care of in every way. Parts arrived from Germany earlier than expected and the compound/intermittent issues were solved by Karl working on my car. He also returned the old parts to me, taking time to point out the failures of a circuit board internal to one of the components.
