Recall notice Service Campaign # 2019080019 Easy drop off, I was greeted upon arrival, provided a loaner, got a call when my car was ready ( same day) , returned the loaner easily and my car was Easy drop off, I was greeted upon arrival, provided a loaner, got a call when my car was ready ( same day) , returned the loaner easily and my car was driven to me out front, like a red carpet service - no complaints except in terms of a Service Campaign I would recommend not charging $10 and gas for the loaner, I had no choice but to bring my car in to a Mercedes dealership for this recall issue, I understand that I could have gotten my own transportation - When I leased my Audi a few years ago I was not charged by Audi for a loaner when my car was being serviced. I even got a free loaner from H&M Motor works which is where I go today for all my routine maintenance for my Mercedes. More
