He said it was leaking on rail , that was not true, it was a oil filter broken issue, he said they spilt some at the oil change. I asked him to have your shop look to see if they could fix some scratches, he said they looked and they could not fix- that was a lie, I talked to the gentleman that he said brought it to your shop, the gentleman said he did not bring it to your shop!!! Service man said you only used m b oil in the car 100%, so I asked him why the mechanic topped it off with virtually a quart in front of me with Mobil one. Please don’t think that your customers lack intelligence, many of us have worked very, and I mean very hard to be able to purchase your product. I have had between one and four m b products in my household since 1984. Just the truth in the future please!! More
