Mistakes happen. I brought my car in for a routine service and I got the wrong service. Before I had even returned home, the dealership had called my wife, arranged for a no wait appointment and got m service and I got the wrong service. Other dealers would have just let it go and not given it a second thought. I know people make mistakes and it is the people who take ownership of them that I admire the most. More
