I had heard of a recall on some older Mercedes, I checked the website, and sure enough my car was part of the recall. I got a very quick appointment and brought my car in. We (my daughter was with me), arrived at my scheduled time and was met by Nick at the Service Entrance. He brought us in to register and walked us through what the recall meant and what the shop would be doing, he also said, if we had the time to wait5they could check the car out right away. That was music to my ears and said I definitely could wait. Nick kept us informed about timing etc and my car was ready in the time he had promised, all vacuumed and washed.
