Smith Kia of Bellingham has a promotional event, “Deal or No Deal” and it is misleading. I had a code that matched the code for $2,500 instant cash and when I went to redeem, I was told that my code doesn’t No Deal” and it is misleading. I had a code that matched the code for $2,500 instant cash and when I went to redeem, I was told that my code doesn’t make me a winner and instead I qualified for a $25 off coupon for an oil change. Very misleading. Bert disappointing. I hope nobody else gets misled like this. I’m sure it’s their way of getting people through the door, but they will not receive business from me. More

I have been delayed writing this due to husband's hospitalization ,but cannot let this go by. We recently put $ down on a new car when another agency was unable to provide a car. Ours was on the shi hospitalization ,but cannot let this go by. We recently put $ down on a new car when another agency was unable to provide a car. Ours was on the ship that burned and sank in route. We choose a another car at Kia in Bellingham. and put a considerable deposit down. Next day the previous agency found a car like we originally wanted. We could have lost our deposit at Kia. We worked with James Kennedy,who was great,and knowledgeable but, the manager was unbelievablely caring and said,"Of course we will refund your money". He was the nicest person we have ever met in this industry. They mean it when they say they say they put the customer first and they have great integrity.We were amazed and appreciative! That's why they lost the sale..."Let's make a deal," rather than "let's serve you." More
