Excellent service, excellent product. Nobody likes dealing with used car salesman. That much is clear. I have had several bad experiences in the past and so I was totally blown away when I Nobody likes dealing with used car salesman. That much is clear. I have had several bad experiences in the past and so I was totally blown away when I went to Smith Imports. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never felt pressured at all, and at the end of the day, was very happy with my purchase. 10/10, would recommend to anyone! Thanks again to Paula and John. More

Excellent customer service My experience with Smith Imports was nothing but excellent! From the time I walked in to test drive the 2000 Saturn, i felt at ease. They may have sold the car "as is" but 2 days later when I had to have it towed due to a problem directly involved with the repair they made before I took possession of the car, they repaired it PLUS replaced a belt. I am very satisfied with this dealership and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!! More
