A positive experience was more than expected considering that from the moment I expressed interest via email, Paula Keltner replied BOTH via email and phone. Paula was absolutely fabulous. Absolutely! This was one of the most seamlessly pleasant transitions from considering to consuming that I can recall; the service sold the car - literally.
