SECURING a loner vehicle while my JX remained at the shop. Even though demands on their time were immense, I received 10/10 customer support from both Service mgrs. (Danny and Leon). Upon completion of the servicing, my wife, Patty drove me down to pick up the Jx and they BOTH came out to greet her when sending me off. This highly satisfied customer is more influenced by your service department than the product itself. The value of my Jx, primarily falls on the services I received even more so than its trade in value or when we begin looking for a second vehicle.
