All the bad things you hear about dealers Joe - salesperson was very friendly and very helpful. No real issues with him, but I was very frustrated with the management. They cry poverty, don't look you in the eyes, and make the experience of spending 40,000 not enjoyable. The after purchase hard sell made it even worse. Patricia was very friendly as well, but there to sell. I was worn down with the hard sell and ended up buying a package that I have strong second thoughts about. Not at all what I was expecting from my second purchase from the dealership..... More
