I would give 10 stars if I could, Love smith haven mazda ! They were so great in all aspects. Our sales man was Lee Wolf. He was patient and knowledgeable, Funny and laid back. I was nervous to go to a dealership for a lease for the first time. I had never dealt with a dealership and was nervous about getting taken advantage of or dealing with someone pushy. We leased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 and I absolutely love it !This dealership and Lee were the complete opposite. So professional and relaxed. We had a very unique situation and Lee helped us with different deals based on different situations that were arising for us. He was so accommodating and friendly. Lee is the Best! Him and smith haven mazda made my first lease experience super seamless and as stress free as possible. Ryan is finance was also amazing ! He made the document signing process smooth and stress free and was friendly and funny. This is such a great establishment in a time where dealerships are scary and stressful to go to. Very disappointed in experience I had an awesome experience when i first leased my mazda3 in 2017 ..The salesman, Ben Ruffo was awesome. It was my first time leasing and he tried ver I had an awesome experience when i first leased my mazda3 in 2017 ..The salesman, Ben Ruffo was awesome. It was my first time leasing and he tried very hard to get me a car that fit my budget and was very pleased..So it was a no brainer to go back again. Unfortunately, Ben no longer works there... Nick, tried to get me what I wanted but don't think tried hard enough..but he was young and inexperienced...but it was the manager, Steve Grajeski, who made no effort to work with me and try to get the numbers to where I wanted or even give me other options, a lower end model of the Mazda3 hatchback..I felt dismissed by him and felt I was wasting his time...I told him I was going to go to Nissan 112 and he still dismissed me..He made no effort to keep as a customer and I was planning on staying with Mazda for a long time..I could have afforded the price he gave me, I would just have to cut down on other expenses...but Steve left a bad taste of the dealership so I left. I did go to Nissan 112 and the experience was so different..The salesman,Joe and the Manager Mike were so awesome to work with, they were friendly, professional and respecful...Joe even took me out on a test drive...Bottom line Mike got the numbers even better than what I asked for...I was thtilled...I love my Mazda3 hatchback and so glad I went with Nissan 112. More

I started with six dealerships and narrowed it down to two. The salesperson I dealt with at SmithHaven Mazda was Lee Wolf and he a great job at promoting the C9. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him or go back to purchase a car from him. Unfortunately my daughter felt the car she leased had a little more space for her children. I didn’t agree but didn’t say a word because it wasn’t my decision. Thanks Lee for all the effort and I definitely will be back when I’m in the market for a new car! More
