I bought a 2018 CX5 on Saturday, 9/18/21, and had an EXCELLENT experience with my Salesman, Dennis Hofer. This was a Saturday, so getting the insurance ID card takes a bit more time than on weekdays, Dennis was patient while we waited for that document and he spent the time getting everything else ready to close the deal including having the vehicle detailed so it would be good to go once we closed the deal.
