After shopping around I was happy to get my lease at Smith Haven Mazda for my first ever Mazda vehicle. I got a 2022 Mazda CX-5. The atmosphere was inviting and calm. I didn't get that typical dealer Smith Haven Mazda for my first ever Mazda vehicle. I got a 2022 Mazda CX-5. The atmosphere was inviting and calm. I didn't get that typical dealership feel. So glad I went there and painlessly got into the car I wanted. Even after I drove off the lot, Joe always returned my calls promptly if he didn't get to answer the phone right away. I really feel like they care even after a purchase. Good customer service goes a long way. Thank you Smith Haven Mazda and thank you Joe. More
Went to the service department for an oil change at 30k miles, got “recommended” $900 in services. $130 for cabin and air filters that I can purchase and change in minutes for $50, $360 for differential f miles, got “recommended” $900 in services. $130 for cabin and air filters that I can purchase and change in minutes for $50, $360 for differential fluid changes which is essentially the same work as an oil change for them, $ $75 for a/c systems check, $270 for fuel injection/air induction flush. While I understand that these services are helpful to the vehicle, I don’t appreciate the scam of recommending them based on predetermined service schedules at the lowest possible mileage threshold. Then charging ridiculous prices for simple tasks hoping people don’t know better. More

such a shame this dealership tries their best to act professional before you buy a vehicle but once you get it ?????.
