This place was a nightmare. We were treated to unprofessional service and a faulty carfax. The salesman (if you could call him that) who helped us was named Ryan and he was as unprofessional as th unprofessional service and a faulty carfax. He provided us with a carfax that was missing much information and when we followed up on it, we had found that our car had been in a terrible accident and was overpriced. When we called him out on it after putting in a deposit he did the right thing and offered us a more expensive, identical model that we hadn't looked at, thinking it was a better deal, we jumped on it because we already left a hefty deposit. He promised to get back to us ASAP and we wound up waiting around 3 days in total. It was ridiculous. When we would call, we would get, "Ryan isn't here right now," or "Ryan is out to lunch," and we would never get a call back. When we did manage to get a hold of him he never had a straight answer as to what our interest rate was or any financial information. He said we weren't authorized to ask that information. Isn't it my information since I'm purchasing the car? It finally went on too long and after too many empty suggestions like, "You can come get the car right now if you want it," we finally said we'll be there in 10 min and they flipped out saying they needed more time to clean the car and he told us to be there in an hour. As we pulled up Ryan was pullng out of the parking lot in his own vehicle. We waited in the lobby for about 30 min until he got back. When he arrived he wanted to put the plates on and sign paperwork without ever telling me my interest rate or monthly payment. I said I wanted to see the car so he lead us out to the parking lot. WHAT A MESS. The more expensive model had a giant scratch in the windshield and it was missing the front grill! The interior was heavily stained and the dashboard literally looked like someone keyed it Freddy Kruger style. It was horrible and when I said I didn't want this car he screamed, "BUT THIS IS THE SAME CAR I SHOWED YOU 3 DAYS AGO!" Meanwhile it was the same model but not this car in particular and there was no way I was paying good money for a car that was missing pieces. When I declined to go any further Ryan and the Manager were terrible to me. Instead of trying to show me anymore cars they were rude and snotty. I was reluctantly given my deposit back and after I signed the reciept Ryan threw it at me and walked away. It was completely unprofessional. There was no, "i'm sorry, it was nice doing business with you.," no handshake. Nothing. I didn't even know everything was done until I asked the manager, "Is there anything else I need to do?" and he said, "Did you sign your recipt?" and I said, "Yes." He replied, "Nope, See Ya. Have a nice day." It was so childish and obnoxious. I hope no one ever buys another car from these greasy clowns. More
