This is the second car I have leased at this dealership and was very happy with the way I was treated previously by the same sales person. Secondly the inventory of product at Smith Haven was exactly what I was looking for. They had the exact model and color that my wife and I wanted at the level of equipment I expected. I left my car at this dealership overnight and received a call that all four tires were stolen. Apparently the cameras on the exterior of the building does not work and according to the dealership the car wa call that all four tires were stolen. The dealership clearly stated they are not responsible for what happened to my vehicle. More

I'm very particular in the car I want and the people I choose to do business with. I had been to two other Mazda dealers and was extremely frustrated. I was looking for a Mazda 6 Grand Touring in a particular color and would not bend! Joe was extremely patient and worked hard to find the exact car for me. I had a trade as well, and Rob the General Manager gave me a price that was a couple of thousand dollars more than anyone else! Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. At delivery I met the other Manager, Nick. He too was very friendly and professional. These days car dealers and salespeople get a bad rap, the guys at Smith Haven totally change all that. I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years. My experience at Smith Haven was on of the best. Thanks Guys! More

Both guys spent whatever time I needed without rushing me. They went out of their way to find the car color I wanted, so much so that it required going out of state to get it. But this was no problem either. My car was delivered on the day promised, where even this was a pleasure--from explaining ever aspect of the car to me, along with linking my cell phone to the car's bluetooth system. And, the best part---on top of everything, these guys had the lowest price!!! Simply said, make sure to visit Smith Haven Mazda before you buy. It will be your best decision. More
