Let me start off by saying that if you're in the market for a Mazda, run don't walk to see Joe and the gang at Smith Haven Mazda!!! I'm very particular in the car I want and the people I choose to market for a Mazda, run don't walk to see Joe and the gang at Smith Haven Mazda!!! I'm very particular in the car I want and the people I choose to do business with. I had been to two other Mazda dealers and was extremely frustrated. I was looking for a Mazda 6 Grand Touring in a particular color and would not bend! Joe was extremely patient and worked hard to find the exact car for me. I had a trade as well, and Rob the General Manager gave me a price that was a couple of thousand dollars more than anyone else! Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. At delivery I met the other Manager, Nick. He too was very friendly and professional. These days car dealers and salespeople get a bad rap, the guys at Smith Haven totally change all that. I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years. My experience at Smith Haven was on of the best. Thanks Guys! More

Both guys spent whatever time I needed without rushing me. They went out of their way to find the car color I wanted, so much so that it required going out of state to get it. But this was no problem either. My car was delivered on the day promised, where even this was a pleasure--from explaining ever aspect of the car to me, along with linking my cell phone to the car's bluetooth system. I was actually looking to lease a 2014 Mazda CX-5 for my wife. Upon dealing with the sales personnel and the sales managers, I found them to be very friendly and very "down to earth" which made me feel com wife. While in the dealership, they were advertising a bunch of vehicles on the showroom floor with special lease and buy out pricing. I discussed trading in my Mazda 3i Touring, we put together some numbers and I decided to lease a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was very pleased with their quickness in making this deal happen and received the exact numbers which were discussed over the phone. Upon delivery, the truck was in perfect condition just as promised. I certainly look forward to dealing with the same personnel in purchasing or leasing (that is to be determined) the Mazda for my wife. More
