I came in with the intention of trading in my 2008 Mazda3 towards a new CX-9 Sport. Ended up getting a better trade than I had anticipated. Financing was simple and easy. Transferring the registration from the old car to the new as well as the insurance was a breeze thanks to the assistance of the staff at the dealership. Will be recommending to any friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More

A stereotypical car dealer I came in for a Mazda 6 touring with manual transmission and was met by a saleswoman named Bobbi. She was pleasent and helpful, but a little unprofe I came in for a Mazda 6 touring with manual transmission and was met by a saleswoman named Bobbi. She was pleasent and helpful, but a little unprofessional with her many personal stories--was she trying to establish trust, who knows. At negotiation time I asked for their best price on the car and Bobbi came back from the sales manager with a very low price. I accepted this price. Bobbi says she's will put the sales agreement together and leaves us. When she comes back, the price is now exactly $1000 higher because the sales manager is so busy that he thought we were negotiating on a sport model instead of a touring model. We were told that there was little room for negotiation because we would not be using dealer financing. Obvious bait and switch, very bush league. We'll, the car is exactly what I want down to every last detail and the price is still ok, so we sign some papers and complete the deal with a cashiers check from our bank. The next day we are contacted by the dealer because we did not endorse the check. When my wife went back to endorse the check she was given a hostile lecture about the nesessity of her endorsing the bank check and how we have inconvenienced the dealer. We use cashiers checks once every five years or so. Why didn't the business manager catch it, was he too busy thinking about how to sell Simonizing or an extended warranty. Overall a typical dealer, probably no better or worse than any other. More

Jonny was an amazing salesman who went out of his way to make my car leasing experience painless and enjoyable. He answered all my questions and set me up with my dream car. I would recommend the Mazda 6 to anyone looking to buy a mid-sized sedan with great performance, great gas mileage and loaded with extras for total comfort while driving. I have leased and bought many cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. I would recommend this dealership and Jonny to any of my friends looking to buy a new car. More
AVOID THIS PLACE This place is a joke. They use a friendly demeanor to try and rip you off. My representative was Jonny "Colorado." Nice guy, but awfully pushy. Especi This place is a joke. They use a friendly demeanor to try and rip you off. My representative was Jonny "Colorado." Nice guy, but awfully pushy. Especially when he's trying to push a bad deal on you. Went looking for a Mazda 6 Grand Touring (either 2014/15). They had one in stock which I would have liked to lease, but when it came to pricing, here comes the bait and switch. The owner undervalued my trade-in by about $2000 and kept telling me the condition of my car was "severe" even though KBB and Edmund's both rated it in good quality, well above the price they were giving me. Their response: "They don't sign checks." Heard this zinger a bunch of times. They may not give me money, but they're established independent third parties who know something about the value of cars, unlike this place. Even though the showroom model of the car I wanted had an attractive pricing plan, these guys try and sell me a leasing option $100/month more than that, for the same exact car, with an even larger down payment on my part. There's no negotiating with these guys. If you try and give them options other than what they initially give you, you're met with smugness as if they're doing you a favor. Guess what? You know who did me a favor? Huntington Mazda, about 15 mins away, on the very same day. After the owner told me that we had no deal when I told him he was undervaluing my trade in, I immediately drove to Huntington Mazda where they valued my car exactly what I thought it should be. Courteous, patient and ready to explain each and every detail, Huntington Mazda made you feel welcome as a person, rather than welcoming your wallet. They gave me a very competitive price for the car I wanted and we got the deal done in about 30 mins. Rather than wasting your day at Smith Haven Mazda (where the only person saving money is the owner himself) go ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't trust the initial Google Rating. Much better dealerships out there with infinitely better customer service. More
Great Experience Buying my first car was a great experience. When I arrived to the dealership with my family, we were greeted right away by Joe C. and he was very frie Buying my first car was a great experience. When I arrived to the dealership with my family, we were greeted right away by Joe C. and he was very friendly. We explained to him what I wanted and he came up with the idea of a Mitsubishi Lancer and said he had one in the back, and he pulled it right up. Once outside, he went over the car and asked if I wanted to test drive it. Joe was very helpful and filled with information and knowledge about this car. He was able to get me a great deal for my car and even arranged to stay later then his regular hours for me the next day so that I could pick it up when I was finished with work. The day of the pick up, Joe sat in the car with me and went over how to do everything, showed me where everything was, and even set up my phone so that it was connected to my car through bluetooth. He told me how happy he was for me that I was able to get such a nice car for such a great deal, and I can not thank him enough for doing this for me and being so determined to help me find the perfect car for me that I would love. I have never had such an easy experience like this. I went in to the dealership just looking at cars, and walked out with a purchased car. I love the car itself so much but if it was not for Joe being so helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgable about the car, I would not have made the decision right on the spot to lease the car. Joe really made the experience of having my first car a great one and something that I will never forget. More
