As a women coming into a car dealership on my own, I was made to feel comfortable by the friendly environment. I feel that I received the best deal possible for my trade in as well as for my new lease. I love the Mazda CX9. It fits my three children perfectly with still more room to transport a friend. I highly recommend this vehicle as well as this dealership. I will definitely use them again for future purchases or leases. More

The test drive experience was great, he was very knowledgable and explain every feature in detail. I kept shopping around for "better deals" but found none better than Smith Haven. Came right back and this time I worked out a deal with Jonny "Colorado" Frisch's help. He was very friendly and professional as well. My wife and I were so excited to finally arrange the pick up of our 2015 Mazda3 i Touring just the next day!!. Bill Ballen made sure my experience signing the final documents was easy and smooth Im already recommending them with friends. More

Where do I begin? I traded my beautiful Civic for a Mazda3 here. I went to service today for a busted horn (i have no idea how it gets busted when my 1989 Toyota Camry I traded my beautiful Civic for a Mazda3 here. I went to service today for a busted horn (i have no idea how it gets busted when my 1989 Toyota Camry still has a perfectly working horn), and they said..."its common when the rain gets in there and rusts the horn". I don't know much about cars, but I'm almost certain that shouldn't be happening. Is it that poorly designed? and why does it cost $110? I've only had this car for less than a year, and I've had more troubles with this car than my past 3 cars combine (Camry, Accent, and Civic) .. I take very good care of my cars and with this one, I took a chance buying a pre-owed from here. I don't know how I will pay for all the "problems" that this car came with. I'm a student, and i don't have much money, and yet when i go to service this car, they milk as much money from me as possible and tell me the number of things wrong with the car. Why didn't they mention this when they sold it to a poor student like me? I still have to pay over 250$ a month for the next 5 years! Yes, its only been with me for less than a year and I'm sure there's more problems to come. What is the coverage/warranty good for? It certainly doesn't help me. Does it help at all? It gets me nauseated just thinking about it. In addition to the mysterious busted horn, the tire pressure gauges is also busted (another thing that I've never heard of. I had my civic for many years and the sensors never got busted). Whats the excuse this time? The snow and weather. Well, that was only for 3 months out of the near full year I've had this car, but here i am again..stuck with trying to find where I'm going to find 400$ to replace the gauges. Today, I didn't get the gauges for financial reasons, and i am now driving with a gauge light on until i can find the funds. I don't know if dealers know this, but as students, we don't have money (or very much of anything really). We do what we do because of passion in helping others, and the prospect of wealth? never gonna happen, never even crossed my mind. I've been a scientist since undergrad, post undergrad, and now grad student. And I dedicate my life to solving problems in cancer, infectious diseases, biological toxins... But instead of going to work, I'm stuck in service for 5 hours dealing with a car (that i just bought from Smith Haven Mazda) full of problems that I cant solve because I made a big mistake of letting my Civic go. Whoever has my Civic, I know you are happy. I took very good care of that beautiful car... and here i am, poorer and unhappy with what i have, and the prospect of having to pay for this car for another 5 years? I really just don't want to think about it. Service people - thanks for the 12$ discount on a $350 service ...no good dinner tonight that's for sure... More
