Once they get your money they don't care Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed that there were about 4 of small cracks in the windshield. The next day I brought my car to the dealership for them to " fill the cracks" however it made no difference in the look of the windshield. When i had issue with this, I called the dealership with my concerns and with the hopes that they would do the right thing and replace my windshield. When I called, the management (mainly Jon) they were very rude and unhelpful and basically told me that filling the cracks was all they would do and that If I wanted a new windshield I would have to replace the windshield out of my own pocket. They told me it was my fault that i hadn't noticed the cracks on my test drive. Just a word of caution, double- triple check before you buy a used car from any dealership so you are not swindled like i was. Now i will have to spend $500 or more on a New Windshield when i purchased the car less than 24 hours ago. Stay away ! More

One Happy Customer I first met Adam Cevallos a few years back when he was at VW and we leased 3 cars from him. Adam was so helpful. He answered any questions or concerns we may have had. We as a family took a liking to him and knew immediately this was a trustworthy guy. I could text him at any time and I would hear back from him within a few minutes. We then reached out to him when he moved to Mazda inquiring about leasing a Jeep. Once again Adam was quick to respond and referred us to Mike at Smithhaven Jeep. Mike too couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We now have 2 Jeeps that we are thrilled with thanks to Adams recommendation. My rating of 5 stars is spot on. I would highly recommend Adam. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and down to earth. He is our "go to car guy". More
Dishonest I went into Smith Haven Mazda Mitsubishi looking to lease a Mazda. I made it abundantly clear that I did not want my credit run unless it was a done deal. Nick ensured me it was, and after running my credit, he came back with the final offer. I had told Nick I was currently under someone else's insurance as a named driver, in which is said is not an issue. However, my insurance company was closed. He brought the car out front and said he would try to get dealer plates for the night & I could finalize everything the next day. He came outside and said he couldn't get the plates but everything would be set for the next day. Well the next day comes & he calls to tell me he couldn't give me the lease for the same price, $28 more a month! I was appalled. A family member called the dealership to speak with a manager and they disclosed due to the insurance not being able to be set up the night prior it caused issues. No one told me that, and if that was an issue I was have gone on my own insurance. I later found out I wouldn't have been able to stay on that insurance anyways! And then I remembered Nick had told me he was tired that night (he even hit the desk and blamed it on his long day). So he must have been tired, wanted to go home and not deal with it. Not only that, but management wouldn't honor the agreement and claimed there was nothing they could do (which is not true). They should probably learn to tell their customers what is going on & work with them. More

I went in met with Dennis who was my salesman a year and half ago gave me all my options as well as what had best rebates great experience my wife had no clue she was getting a new truck. My wife myself and mother in-law all purchased vehicles Feb 2015 from them the staff hasn't changed says a lot about the dealership. They made the buying experience outstanding and painless they have a customer for life thanks again Dennis and Arthur my wife is still in shock !!!!! More

Great car,buying experience and service . Was considering buying a new car or just keeping the 2012. Called Nick, said he had 2 on the lot and since this car won't be produced again, I thought I'd take a look... I bought the same car,even same color,2015. There was no hard sell and Nick really worked with me to get a fair price. He went over every difference with the vehicle and paired my phone to the blue tooth.. Adam was the financial person who went over every aspect of my purchase, He patiently explained warranty coverage and clarified everything..He was upfront and left no question unanswered, also very professional. I love smith haven Mazda and will continue to use their service department More

They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, and they overcame every obstacle to ensure customer satisfaction. I am going to recommend this dealership to every person I know whose inquiring about financing or leasing a vehicle. I won't go anywhere else. More

Great First Time Lease Experience We showed up with one of those letters that are sent stating "We want your car"...blah, blah, blah...we actually never considered a Lease, nor have we We showed up with one of those letters that are sent stating "We want your car"...blah, blah, blah...we actually never considered a Lease, nor have we ever considered a Mazda. We were greeted by salesman Chris Weidner. We looked around at the vehicles availiable and we fell in love with the Mazda6 Sport. Although we were still upside down in our current car, we did not think anything would work out, however Chris,Dennis the Sales Manager, and Adam the finance guy were able to work their magic and we ended up with a great lease paying almost $100 less a month than our current vehicle. They were patient with us..we had our infant son with us and decided to take two seperate test drives in order to not move the car seat around. They did everything they could to minimize our time waiting around for everything to work...will definitely return! Love these guys and love the car! More
