Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200-Just go elsewhere I cannot elaborate enough what a horrendous experience we had at this dealer. The salesman Kirk plays the seasoned caring car salesman to a T. Beware, the first red flag was when we came out to test drive a car and was told no don't leave a deposit the car has been on the lot for over 30 days. Day we were scheduled to sign paperwork we get phone call that they are selling car to someone else. Give a credit card over phone to "hold" car. Get to dealership and mistakenly had left plates at home. So I sign paperwork solo. Get home to find out that we were overcharged for the car. There was one price advertised on their website, another price on Craigslist and finally the price we were charged. Take a guess which price was the highest!?!?! Numerous phone calls were made, and for first week response was well get back to you. Finally salesman Kirk had the audacity to say to my daughters boyfriend "why do you even care, you're not making the payment". At this point they are referring to the error as a mistake NOT FALSE ADVERTISING and are willing to refund Craigslist price not website price. Told to come in to pick up check, make the drive only to be told it's being mailed and then staff was incredulous that I said loud enough for other customers to hear buy a car anywhere but here, can't stress how much of a shady dealership this is!!!' Nothing tremendous in the negotiated lease, but the overall transaction was acceptable. More

I called up, and Michelle was very professional and friendly in helping me learn more about what t I was interested in financing for a 2016 Outlander. I called up, and Michelle was very professional and friendly in helping me learn more about what the dealership offered. She set me up with an appointment with Joe and Kevin, who went over what my options were. We worked out a great price, and they also were professional and put my needs at the forefront. Terrible experience We went in to lease a Mazda 3. When we arrived the salesperson that I had spoken to on the phone was not in yet so we spoke to the sales manager. I We went in to lease a Mazda 3. When we arrived the salesperson that I had spoken to on the phone was not in yet so we spoke to the sales manager. I had some figures that I was quoted from another dealership and wanted to see if Smithhaven Mazda would be able to match those numbers. I have purchased 4 cars from Smithhaven Jeep Chrysler and also live in Smithtown so I wanted to give the business to them. The manager looked at the numbers and said that the car I was looking for, he did not have and would have to charge me for the transport of the car from another dealership. I had always thought that was a courtesy from one dealership to another to swap cars. Anyway, I guess he didn't feel like negotiating and told us the deal from the other dealership was a good deal and we should buy the car from them. That is exactly what we did and just picked up my new Mazda 3 this past Saturday. More
BUYER BEWARE - Go Elsewhere for Your Mazda 2 stars is generous. I would stay far away. I love the car, but would never work with this dealership ever again. So many hassles since I began the lease and it's only been a month and a half. They rush you to sign paperwork and before you know it, they come back saying, "well the paperwork says this, you signed it." Sure whatever, but it seems like they have no desire to make you happy once you're out of their doors. Happy customers will refer friends, unhappy customers will tell every person they know to stay away. I will make sure to tell the world how I was treated. The sales staff has all been so rude and condescending and deceptive. I feel taken advantage of completely. I mistakenly put my trust into them, and signed paperwork believing I was receiving certain things that were TOLD to me, and the paperwork never matched what the reality was. Now it's my problem? What a way to do business. More
