Very friendly staff, great experience I was interested in financing for a 2016 Outlander. I called up, and Michelle was very professional and friendly in helping me learn more about what t I was interested in financing for a 2016 Outlander. I called up, and Michelle was very professional and friendly in helping me learn more about what the dealership offered. She set me up with an appointment with Joe and Kevin, who went over what my options were. We worked out a great price, and they also were professional and put my needs at the forefront. Pleasant Buying Experience I had a very nice experience at Mazda. John Frisch was helpful from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. Terrible experience We went in to lease a Mazda 3. When we arrived the salesperson that I had spoken to on the phone was not in yet so we spoke to the sales manager. I We went in to lease a Mazda 3. When we arrived the salesperson that I had spoken to on the phone was not in yet so we spoke to the sales manager. I had some figures that I was quoted from another dealership and wanted to see if Smithhaven Mazda would be able to match those numbers. I have purchased 4 cars from Smithhaven Jeep Chrysler and also live in Smithtown so I wanted to give the business to them. The manager looked at the numbers and said that the car I was looking for, he did not have and would have to charge me for the transport of the car from another dealership. I had always thought that was a courtesy from one dealership to another to swap cars. Anyway, I guess he didn't feel like negotiating and told us the deal from the other dealership was a good deal and we should buy the car from them. That is exactly what we did and just picked up my new Mazda 3 this past Saturday. More

BUYER BEWARE - Go Elsewhere for Your Mazda 2 stars is generous. I would stay far away. I love the car, but would never work with this dealership ever again. So many hassles since I began the le 2 stars is generous. I would stay far away. I love the car, but would never work with this dealership ever again. So many hassles since I began the lease and it's only been a month and a half. They rush you to sign paperwork and before you know it, they come back saying, "well the paperwork says this, you signed it." Sure whatever, but it seems like they have no desire to make you happy once you're out of their doors. Happy customers will refer friends, unhappy customers will tell every person they know to stay away. I will make sure to tell the world how I was treated. The sales staff has all been so rude and condescending and deceptive. I feel taken advantage of completely. I mistakenly put my trust into them, and signed paperwork believing I was receiving certain things that were TOLD to me, and the paperwork never matched what the reality was. Now it's my problem? What a way to do business. More

Once they get your money they don't care Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed that there were about 4 of small cracks in the windshield. The next day I brought my car to the dealership for them to " fill the cracks" however it made no difference in the look of the windshield. When i had issue with this, I called the dealership with my concerns and with the hopes that they would do the right thing and replace my windshield. When I called, the management (mainly Jon) they were very rude and unhelpful and basically told me that filling the cracks was all they would do and that If I wanted a new windshield I would have to replace the windshield out of my own pocket. They told me it was my fault that i hadn't noticed the cracks on my test drive. Just a word of caution, double- triple check before you buy a used car from any dealership so you are not swindled like i was. Now i will have to spend $500 or more on a New Windshield when i purchased the car less than 24 hours ago. Stay away ! More

One Happy Customer I first met Adam Cevallos a few years back when he was at VW and we leased 3 cars from him. Adam was so helpful. He answered any questions or concerns I first met Adam Cevallos a few years back when he was at VW and we leased 3 cars from him. Adam was so helpful. He answered any questions or concerns we may have had. We as a family took a liking to him and knew immediately this was a trustworthy guy. I could text him at any time and I would hear back from him within a few minutes. We then reached out to him when he moved to Mazda inquiring about leasing a Jeep. Once again Adam was quick to respond and referred us to Mike at Smithhaven Jeep. Mike too couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We now have 2 Jeeps that we are thrilled with thanks to Adams recommendation. My rating of 5 stars is spot on. I would highly recommend Adam. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and down to earth. He is our "go to car guy". More
