The buying process was much faster than typical because the negotiation was done up front over the phone based on the structure of the lease. Didn't have to deal with the hassle of sales tactics used by other dealers. Jeff did a great job in establishing confidence that the specific vehicle we wanted was available and would be prepped even before we went to the dealer, hence speeding up the process even more.
