This was a little involved purchase, with 2 trade-in's that needed to be appraised, the price I received for the trades were in line with what we wanted. The Journey we purchased had to be shipped in, which only took a day and we were pleased that it had more features than initially requested. Rich was a pleasure to work with, and answered our questions. While we had to wait quite a bit due to the paperwork, Rich sat with us and we had a very pleasant conversation and yes he offered us refreshments. Dominic as well was a pleasure to work with, considering I too am in finance, he performed his due diligence with all the different request and quotes that I had requested. We discussed all the different options that went along with final cost and he made sure we were comfortable with the final outcome. He was friendly and courteous, considering the late hour.
