WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! LIEs LIEs and more LIEs LIEs, LIES and MORE LIEs...i wish i read some of these negative posts b4 stepping foot in these doors…I'm SURE there are ALOT more out there just coin LIEs, LIES and MORE LIEs...i wish i read some of these negative posts b4 stepping foot in these doors…I'm SURE there are ALOT more out there just coincidentally hidden from the public…Vehicle was pushed aggressively on ya…ganged up on & shoved down throat without even talking #'s…started out with lies regarding value of my trade in.…on vehicle in question ,kept being told " its a 50K truck with only 3k miles.. over and over and over ,god forbid u question anything at all…they will ignore and deflect all your questions with an attitude….amazing to be pushed AWAY from a brand new vehicle as to a used..got an attitude BIGTIME when that was a thought… asked 3 different agents for an invoice…NOBODY could produce one….cause then i would see there LIES more clearly…i was there for 6 hrs on nothing but red bulls for lunch and dinner…wish i saws the earlier posts here….lived that experience.. which can cause u to make worst decision ever…NOT thinking straight at that point….#'s change and all add ons when about to finalize AS ALWAYS…when asked to pay for extended warranty for 100,000 miles bumper to bumper…told there is not another dollar in wiggle room..so when i respond can't afford anymore of a payment.. there was all of a sudden wiggle room of 500.00... if i put down 500.00 more….MORE LIE's….was not even given a courtesy introduction to the vehicle with its features…how bout even better the actual manager who was using this demo vehicle did NOT even know some of the features to said vehicle…THATS an embarrassment…should know everything about a product you are selling….it was so pathetic 3 different agents had no idea that there is NO CD player in 2014 ram's….yet there selling the product?? Makes me feel confident…then even better vehicle came with 1 key…imagine that 2014 with 1 key then wanted to charge me 160.00 for a 2nd key??? and when questioning that i shouldn't have to pay for that.. got an ATTITUDE in front of his fellow employees trying to embarrass me...as to say him charging me 69.00 for gas for a 1/2 tank wasn't insulting enough…BIGGEST mistake of my life.. when asked next day to reverse the sale since it was such a great deal for me…they of course wouldn't cause when i went home and did my research…i was able to see all the LIEs much more clearer….if it was such a GREAT deal for me then should be an EASY reversed sale….was called and told by manager LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO after hearing of my bad experience….famous line in this place..EXCEPT they will NOT ACTUALLY do anything….just produce more LIEs…and try to hide the TRUTH on here for the public to see!! ONE LAST thing.. talk about character?? heres MY character…remember that 500.00 deposit extra told ya about…..well the finance girl FORGOT to charge me …yet close to closing time …I WAS TOO HONEST unlike these people and told her she forgot to charge me….i simply didn't want to see her get in trouble…..so for many of u... to think i was so STUPID for doing so….yes i was…i was stupid for letting them STOP me from walking out when i tried….stupid to sign anything…stupid for taking any of there attitudes....stupid to not see through there B.S .LIEs…stupid to giving them ANY TRUST.....but unlike them... i actually have this thing called HONESTY & INTEGRITY!!!! When asked about the availability of part, they said they would have needed to check out local junkyard because the vehicle is five years old. The salesperson I was with, Christian, was informative, and gave me all the options I needed to have a good basis for how to either lease or finance a new or certified pre-owned. The finance director Christina DeVita was very friendly and helpful, attempting to negotiate better terms for me at every end. The pre-owned manager Marcel was very knowledgeable and helpful, and all people involved went above and beyond trying to help me find and buy my first car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, without a doubt. More

Greatest salesman I ever had the pleasure to deal with. I was interest in purchasing a Dodge Journey as my wife has a Grand Caravan SXT that we love for the versatility of the stow and go. I was greeted by I was interest in purchasing a Dodge Journey as my wife has a Grand Caravan SXT that we love for the versatility of the stow and go. I was greeted by Jeff Bell with a smile and a firm handshake. We got to talking about the vehicle I was interested in and he showed me the availability of the exact item I was looking for. On our way back to the show room we had passed several Jeep products that caught my eye. Although the price of the Jeeps that I was interested in were way out of my price range, Jeff had showed me a Jeep Patriot Latitude with off road capabilities. We took it for a test drive and I was sold on the performance of the 2.4 liter engine. I was looking for a higher powered engine as I was coming off a 440 hp. This Jeep will serve us well with the four wheel drive on the fly feature in the Long Island snow season. Jeff had the Jeep ready that night and I was driving it home after an extensive tutorial of all the features my new truck had to offer. Jeff knows his products and I would personally recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT So i went here to buy a Jeep last year and put down a deposit on a car, when i got there the next day they told me i couldn't buy that exact car to so So i went here to buy a Jeep last year and put down a deposit on a car, when i got there the next day they told me i couldn't buy that exact car to someone else already. I don't know why you would have someone put down a deposit on a sold car to someone else, other dealerships don't do that only this one does. I asked for my deposit back and they said it takes a few days and will automatically be refunded. I waited about 2 weeks and nothing, so i went down there and asked for it back and they said that there was a form had to be submitted that never was and i had to wait and come back because my sales guy wasn't there that night. I called everyday for about a week and a half and apparently he wasn't working every day. It's only a $100 so i can't imagine them getting rich off of it but its the principle behind it. They would never return my calls or ever refunded me my money. And while i was there after they told me that i should just buy another car while I"m there and they would give me a good deal on the 2014, i took all the info they gave me walked out side and called another dealer and they basically beat the price out by a good 40% which just shows me that this place is just in the business of ripping people off. Best thing I could ever say I ever spent a 100$ on is learning never to go to this dealership. Take my advice do business else where, you'll be a lot better off. With the money I saved on my car from not buying it from this place I was able to lease a second Jeep the 2014 Grand Cherokee and its incredible. More
