5 Stars and No BS Our Lease was up in August on a Ford Edge, we actually had a sweet deal to step into a new one in place already, my wife suggested just for fun to loo Our Lease was up in August on a Ford Edge, we actually had a sweet deal to step into a new one in place already, my wife suggested just for fun to look at Jeep since we know people that have the Grand Cherokee...in steps Ryan our sales associate from Smithaven Jeep, he explained all the differences between the Jeep Grand Cherokee models offered a test drive (impressive ride very smooth) and showed us the comparison to our Edge. He was totally professional none of that salesman pitch mines better attitude, He was confident in his product without the heavy handed salemans hype, I was so impressed with both the Grand Cherokee and Ryan that I asked him to run some numbers. I truly had the feeling Ryan was working to get us what we wanted not just trying to make a sale. In the end we came to terms, they took back our Ford Edge for us( simple, clean and easy transaction and paperwork) and we drove off the lot with a new SUV. Ryan went over every feature with us before we left and I am truly happy with my wife's pick ( but I'll never admit that to her.) More
