Lauren was very friendly and knowledgeable Everyone we dealt with at the Jeep dealership was very friendly and full of knowledge. It was a very good experience but my only issue is that it too Everyone we dealt with at the Jeep dealership was very friendly and full of knowledge. It was a very good experience but my only issue is that it took so long. We were there for about 7 hours. (Maybe a water container would be nice, coffee is provided, but I don't drink coffee.) Maybe because the whole process was done in one day, but it just seemed like a very long day. Lauren was a great sales person, very friendly and was very willing to answer any questions we had. A very smooth, easy and comfortable process. More

Excellent staff I recently traded in a 2013 ram 1500 which I still owed a good deal of money on. This dealership gave me great trade in value allowing me to get start I recently traded in a 2013 ram 1500 which I still owed a good deal of money on. This dealership gave me great trade in value allowing me to get started on a new lease of a 2015 cherokee. Every member of the staff that I dealt with was fantastic. Every member was honest with me from the start. They were willing to break down exactly what I was paying for, which most dealers just tell u "it's taxes and fees." My salesman Jay was excellent. By far the best salesman I've dealt with. My experience was so good that My wife will be getting her next vehicle there. More
