NEVER CONSIDER THIS DEALERSHIP! I would never use this dealer again. While in for service, the service manager smashed my new truck into a parked car in his lot. Then I was told if I I would never use this dealer again. While in for service, the service manager smashed my new truck into a parked car in his lot. Then I was told if I don't use their BODY SHOP THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGE I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND MAKE A REPORT. They refused to pay for the damage. I had to pay out of my pocket for damage they did while in their care and custody. This was such an unscrupulous dealership. Personnel was rude and condesending. More

Lauren was very friendly and knowledgeable Everyone we dealt with at the Jeep dealership was very friendly and full of knowledge. It was a very good experience but my only issue is that it too Everyone we dealt with at the Jeep dealership was very friendly and full of knowledge. It was a very good experience but my only issue is that it took so long. We were there for about 7 hours. (Maybe a water container would be nice, coffee is provided, but I don't drink coffee.) Maybe because the whole process was done in one day, but it just seemed like a very long day. Lauren was a great sales person, very friendly and was very willing to answer any questions we had. A very smooth, easy and comfortable process. More
