From the moment my brother and I walked in to the Smith Haven dealer, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy saleswoman named Palma. She not only cared about finding me the exact Jeep I wanted, but she took the time to get to know my brother and I as people rather than just potential buyers. I never felt pressured when discussing numbers with Palma or the manager, Dan Goggin. Both truly listened to what my brother and I had to say without having that arrogant salesperson persona that I was expecting. Chris in finance was also very helpful and made sure we got the best rate possible. I am extremely happy with my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. This review is coming from someone who lives 42 Miles away and went through literally each and every Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership on my way to Smith Haven. I've had my very best experience at this dealership and the only thing I regret is wasting my whole summer/weekends with the other dealers. What makes this dealership stand apart from the rest is their willingness to work with you and standing by their motto. My Experience: My dealer Palma Florentino was very sweet and really fought for me to get the deal I wanted. Dan Goggin in management was very trust worthy and honest and breaks the stereotype anyone may have for a typical car dealer. Alex the Sales Manager was very accommodating and always welcomed every questions to make sure I was at ease. Chris Siegal from finance was a gentlemen and very patient to make sure everything went well to finalize the the paperwork. My Last 2 cents: The last thing I want to mention is that I am pretty sure from your first visit you will hear the phrase "Everyone's Savin' at Smith Haven." I left the lot with a new 300S on 9/19 and as we are getting closer towards the end of the month I have been getting a bunch of phone calls from other dealers asking if I was still interested. I must admit their is a guilty pleasure putting a twist to their phrase and replying to them with "Sorry, I was Savin' at Smith Haven!" Now to finally sum this all up I want to end with saying this is a dealership that clearly stands by their motto and you need to come by to experience it. More

Very thankful Lauren was such an amazing sales person to work with. My husband and I have dealt with sales people before and we always ran away. Labor Day Purchases Went in with my fiancee and we traded in two vehicles and drove out with two dodges. One ram 1500 Big Horn and one durango. Made an inquiry online and heard back from stephen very quickly. Went down and met with Ben who was honest and very helpful. Even though it was very busy, we were still given lots of attention and taken care of in a reasonable manner. Once we got to finance, Rich was very nice and insightful. It was nice to walk into finance and the numbers still be the same that we agreed upon previously. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be returning when in the market again. He suggested that we take a walk onto lot and see what was available . He was extremely positive , helpful, great energy which in turn made our experience at Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep one that would recommend. A big Thanks to Dan Goggin as well , he was extremely courteous , knowledgeable and worked out the details with Alex in which we could purchase the Jeep . Also a Thank You to Dominic in the Financial Dept who helped with extended warranty and explaining in detail our questions . Worst experience ever I had my Jeep serviced here this week and left feeling violated and dismissed by the whole experience. When I went to pick up my vehicle from being I had my Jeep serviced here this week and left feeling violated and dismissed by the whole experience. When I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced I noticed several papers strewn across the passenger’s side floor. When I dropped off the vehicle there were no papers on the passenger’s side floor. When I picked them up to see what they were I noticed one was a receipt to a hotel that I recently was a guest. I know this receipt was in my glove box since the day prior I pulled out the green vehicle booklet that came with the vehicle to find the telephone number of the service department and the receipt was on top. When I put the green booklet back in the glove box I put it on top of the receipt and other papers in my glove box. I took the papers and went inside the sales floor to speak to the manager. When I asked the person who identified themselves as a manager why my paper work was thrown on the floor and why someone went into my glove box his answer was 'I don't know'. I then told him I felt I need an explanation and that can he find out and get back to me. He took a picture of my receipt from the service and indicated that I would get a call the next day. I did receive a call from the service manager and he explained to me that the technician had to move the papers since the center console needed to be removed and that the documents were placed on the seat. I explained the paperwork was in the glove box and not the center console and the papers were strewn on the passenger’s side floor and not the seat. I expressed my concern that my personal information was being compromised since there was no reason for anyone to go into the glove box and remove anything from there. At this point he basically said that he would take the word of his associate who has worked with him for 9 years and not of his paying customer as to where the documents first resided (glove box/center console/seat/floor). I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service manager I would have to call him. The manger was not on duty that day so I left a message to call me back that I felt violated that my personal materials were compromised when my vehicle was in their care. He did call me back and as with the service manager indicated he took the word of his associate who worked with him for 10 years (slight discrepancy) and not his customer and also expressed that I was exaggerating the situation. I also expressed to this manager that if I knew my personal information was being compromised I would have never had given the service advisor my credit card information over the phone. He then went to dispute that when I first reported to him the incident two nights ago in the show room I indicated the papers were from the center console and not the glove box as I stated consistently to both the service manager and the message I left for him to call me. I purchased this vehicle a little over three years ago and have had not one complaint to this dealership. I'm disappointed that their stance is one that I as the customer am not being truthful in my reporting of the incident and concern for my personal data is being exaggerated. I feel violated and now have to check my credit card daily to assure there are no fraudulent charges. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience as I felt they were not trustworthy. I plan on going elsewhere when my lease is up. More
