Great selection and friendly staff I had found two vehicles online that I was interested in. When I had arrived at smith haven to see them in person, James Campbell who was involved wit I had found two vehicles online that I was interested in. That's when he turned me over to Lauren Fleming who was very accommodating. She was very professional wasting no time showing me the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I already had a good feeling but I still had a few more trucks to look at at other dealerships. Lauren called me later the next day to follow up as she said she would without being pushy to see how I made out. I informed her how disappointed I was in the other dealers selection and that I was interested in closing the deal that we had discussed on my visit on Saturday.
