The most inconvenient and disrespectful experience My sales rep was amazing, however the business manager that I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with was not only rude and disrespectful to me but a My sales rep was amazing, however the business manager that I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with was not only rude and disrespectful to me but also my sales rep. In addition to the disrespectful demeanor he also couldn't be bothered to check paperwork accurately which caused me to spend two hours calling the insurance company multiple times to have the same document sent over with one change made each time. I have asked to speak to a manager about the issues I had when picking up my car multiple times and have made a complaint with Chrysler and still have not been contacted to resolve these issues. This dealership may have a great rating right now but in my experience the rating does NOT match what actually happens here. More
