I've always loved Jeeps but though they were well out of my price range, especially one with lots of goodies! I was strolling the showroom looking at the new beautiful Renegade, when not two minutes goes by and over walks David the sweetest, warmest and most helpful salesman I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was by my side for close to five hours answering every question I could throw at him while also remaining genuine and attentive at the same time. This was my guy and from the very start I knew I'd made the right decision to come to this dealership. We went for test drives, looked at all different trim options and even managed to talk about ourselves a little. After all his tireless efforts David got me in the most amazing Jeep Renegade I could've hoped for, do yourself a favor seek this man out on your next car purchase you will not be disappointed. Diego is the BEST! The rest of the Dealership... Ehh We went to this dealership not sure if we really wanted a Jeep but we wound up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee after also checking out the Acu We went to this dealership not sure if we really wanted a Jeep but we wound up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee after also checking out the Acura MDX. We were setup with Diego and from the start it felt like we were working with a friend, not a salesperson. He is funny, down to earth, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Once we knew we wanted the Grand Cherokee we were prepared to visit many dealerships looking for the best deal but Diego came through and got us a deal we couldn’t pass up. I really can’t say enough good things about Diego and I will certainly come back to him when we are ready to lease or buy again. I can’t say such great things about the rest of the dealership. Everything behind the scenes seems to happen extremely slow here. After making the deal with Diego at around 3pm we weren't able to get in our new truck until 9:30pm. Our experience with Tom the finance guy was not great either. He tried sell us on warranties and other things like all these finance guys at dealerships do but also tried to change the deal with we worked out with Diego, claiming certain items were not included in the deal we negotiated with Diego. Overall, I would prefer to not use this Dealership in the future but if Diego is still there I would certainly go back. More
