BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FIRST I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE E85 CAPABLE,AND IT WAS NOT,HAD TO RETURN AND GET SOMETHING ELSE,I GOT 2018 DODGE CARAVAN,PAID FOR XTRA FIRST I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE E85 CAPABLE,AND IT WAS NOT,HAD TO RETURN AND GET SOMETHING ELSE,I GOT 2018 DODGE CARAVAN,PAID FOR XTRA WARRANTY,HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE KEY ,THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY,THEY SAID IT WASNT AND CHARGED ME 299.81 FOR 1 KEY, THEN AT A LATER DATE IT WAS PROVEN THAT IT WAS COVERED,BY MY RECEIPT AND IN THERE COMPUTER,SO INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME ,I WAITED WHILE THEY WERE ON PHONE ON HOLD WITH KEY PLACE,THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE ,BUT I WAS NOT REFUNDED.THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO WORK ON IT.NEXT DAY .I ALSO FOUND ANOTHER RECEIPT WHERE THEY CHARGED ME FOR, THAT WAS COVERED,THEY SEE IT WAS A MISTAKE BUT I STILL WAS NOT REFUNDED,I WAS TOLD TO PERSUE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.THERE WAS NO QUESTION THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE ,IT WAS PROVEN ,BUT NOT TO CORRECT IT RIGHT AWAY ,THAT IS EVEN A BIGGER MISTAKE...,THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS,...PURSUING LEGAL ACTION,AS RECOMENDED BY THEM * # 1 week later resolved More

Dealer for the people, Nick Eckert Went into the dealership looking for quotes and some newer models, when I was approached by Nick, a tenacious, serene, lively dealer at smith town. I was astonished by the amount of knowledge on cars, insurance, and business end Nick had on the system. Couldn't close a deal unfortunately but I will be back at smith haven in the future asking for Nick Eckert. More
My 18 year old daughter negotiated a deal with Mazen and Tyler at this dealership. 3 hours before we were to pickup the car, Paul one of the sales manager calls and says that they made a mistake with the n Tyler at this dealership. 3 hours before we were to pickup the car, Paul one of the sales manager calls and says that they made a mistake with the numbers and that they can’t do the deal as structured. According to them, they would lose $2,000 doing the deal as it is. I had already put a deposit on the car and came down and discussed the same numbers that were discussed with my daughter. When Paul called me, I said that they should honor their mistake and that he should call the owner, Brett Saslow, since it is his dealership’s reputation. Paul said he wasn’t able to reach him and that the best they could do is $40 more per month on a 48 month lease. Since they were not able to honor their deal I am posting this on all social media platforms to make other consumers aware of what appears to be a bait and switch. Unacceptable business dealings and my daughter is beyond devastated. More

This was 2nd time dealing with this dealer. Last time was great exp. It was a lease. This 2nd time was also a lease. Last time 2017 Ram 1500. This time 2020 Ram 1500. This time i really got shafted from the time salesman opened his mouth. I told him we were very happy last time we want to lease 2020 Ram 1500. We had sirious last time was installed properly into stereo display. Salesman asdured us not a problem we will have same thing. When it was time next time to take vehicle home salesman barely said a word. In our first meeting he said we were his first customer. That became obvious he was in wrong line of work. But again said our sirious would be ssme as last time. Got into vehivle to drive home turned on stereo no sign of xm/sirious. It was late I figured Id call next day to clear it up. I was on phone with a few different people for about couple hours, they were trying to troubleshoot. This was after I had called sirious to activate. They could not activate because it was never installed. I dont know why it took dealer couple hours to figure it out. I knew immediately it was not installed. I spoke to I think Dan sales manager he promised he would make it right. I told him I was promised Id have same sirious installed properly into stereo. We made appt for during werk. They gave me loaner. I went back around 5:00. It was cold and I was just wearing teeshirt. Was just planning on picking it up and leaving. What they did was mind boggling. They put a little box double sided tape which was display under steering wheel plugged into aux with a wire running around front dr frame to front of roof wher some sirious antenae was double sided taped. Even if I was happy about this discrace of a job i could not see display while I was driving. I did not dleep that night I was steaming mad. I called Dan same guy and he was talking to me like this subject was never discussed. He said yea they could move the box. I told him I did not want the box I wanted what I was promised sirious installed into main stereo where It came up just like radio station. I told him I saw utube video of it being installed in same truck. He said show me video. Unfortunately I could not find it again. But being put thru this stupid ptocess i would not bring truck back there to have it washed. I was more mad after this than after bringing home first time. I did research after and found the kit that Id need is $337 # installation . Why they could not have this done after promising me Id have it is not professional at all. I do not suggest anyone go there for any reason other than using their bathroom. The salesman was young black man. The finance guy was steve something sales manager i think was dan. Was such bad exp names were easy to forget. More

I just want to say I walked into jeep dealerships nervous I would be taken advantage of. Then I met Ivan Rosa. He made the entire experience enjoyable. He was respectful, informative, knowledgeable and fun. I would be taken advantage of. Then I met Ivan Rosa. He made the entire experience enjoyable.
