Exceeded my expectations Met Mike to see a pre-owned GMC truck I had pre-screened on line. Truck was pulled up and ready for view. Was not quite what I wanted. I found another used Sierra nearby for a bit more money. It was enough that I wondered what buying new would be dollarwise. Returned to Smith Gray and the team put me in a new Sierra for only 3m greater than the used truck. They polished it up and I was driving away in it the next morning. A smooth acquisition! Buying a new car has never been a simple task for me. That wasn't my experience when I just made the decision to purchase a new Encore from Smith Gray. Once I explained what I had in mind for a new vehicle, Justin and David Gray showed me three different vehicles that could meet my needs. They also reviewed what could be plusses and minuses for me with each. Within a few days I had made the decision to trade my Lincoln MKZ in for a Buick Encore. What a drastic change that was for me, but I actually felt 100% confident in the decision I made, so there was no second guessing myself. When it came time for delivery, Justin took the time needed to explain all of the features and answer any questions that I might have still had. The end result was that within a week's time, Justin and David not only sold me a new Encore, but also my wife! We are both very happy and thankful! More
