We bought an F150 from Larry Wagner Jan 2010. He made every effort to find the exact truck we were looking for and the deal he struck was exceptionsl. Dan is extremely knowledgeable on the SYNC software and features of the vehicles. In addition to his knowledge of the vehicle, he and his team did all that they could to help us save money in the vehicle features of the vehicles. Most importantly, they were not "pushy" as saleman can be and let us decide on the purchase of a vehicle. It's not often you find a salesperson that is respectful of the customer and it's even more difficult to find a team of people that are equally respectful. Although I have to drive 10 miles out of my way for service or maintenance, it's well worth the trip. More

The sales process was very comfortable and a great buying experience for the purchasing of the vehicle. Unfortunately, there were lights out on the vehicle when the purchase was made. The two front speakers were also crackling and when they were asked to replace them, they said they would not. Unfortunately this cost was put on me to replace. This was a bit unsettling, especially since they advertise on their billboards that "they go the extra mile" for customer satisfaction. I did not feel that they did that in this respect. More
