The best buying experience giving the circumstances. We've been in the Ford Family for over 21 years owning every model from the Focus to the Super Duty. But when Dustin Berry Service Rep informed us of the news, we were faced with the decision to repair or buy. We knew Ford had the answer. We met Bobby Heffner who turned out to be very knowledgeable about the Ford products and listened to us very cafefully providing a great solution to our desires in a safe replacement for our truck. We had a very pleasant experience. One in which we'd travel from Oklahoma to Arkansas to do business Bobby and Smith Ford again in the future. More
