Communication is poor. I had scheduled my appointment for 8am and said I needed to pickup by 230 for appointments and was told that should work and I called for follow up a I had scheduled my appointment for 8am and said I needed to pickup by 230 for appointments and was told that should work and I called for follow up at 130 and still was not close. Then I was told around 4pm did not hear anything so I called they said 5. I called and they said around 515 and I go and they didn’t finish until 6pm which is closing. I know the recall is a 4 hour job they said. Plus an oil change. I really feel they should just tell customers to plan all day processes on repairs! More
