Recommend by Progressive Insurance Co. Upon arrival greeted and lead to receptionist in office. She had me sign papers and called Enterprise and they came with rental very soon.. Had a small dent on my car, after waiting a week for a phone call and finally reaching them was told a part was on back order. Then had to reach back out to find that my part was recieved. After 2 weeks w phone call and finally reaching them was told a part was on back order. Then had to reach back out to find that my part was recieved. After 2 weeks was told that they were sent the wrong part, then a few days later after calling back told it was a damaged part recieved. Then after being told my car was ready to go, i pick it up and the park was still not replaced. Manager tried to tell me he told me the part was on backorder till middle of the next month, after I signed paperwork and everyone failed to mention i had to bring it back in. Called at the END of the following month to check on the part and they already had it… Not one time did they ever call me to update me about anything or reach out about when i could come in to get the work done. Will never use again. More
