Most of the time Smedleys is top shelf service. But today it was a little disappointing. I requested a oil change and tire rotation plus air filter along with a new bug deflector, Got it all but th But today it was a little disappointing. Also my truck was finished an parked outside for about 45 minutes before my phone rang an I was told it was ready, all the while I was sitting an waiting in the customer lobby wondering what was taking so long.
