The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I got called back to re-sign paperwork because of a typo so I went, got called again because a page was missed so I went a 2nd time - was told Jackie would be there until 7 - got there at 6:50 & doors were locked & lights out. Receptionist was of no help & clearly clueless as I called on my way just to let her know I was coming & was told Jackie was in used cars but apparently (according to Jackie on my 3rd trip out to get the correct paperwork signed) she was in New cars so I completely wasted gas & time going that 2nd time - could've been avoided had the receptionist told me correctly where she was when I called. Regardless, everyone was still pleasant to deal with, just a pain to have to keep going back. Love my new car though! Thanks Smedley's! More
