Went to the dealership to get a used car. Went in with a pre-approval from a bank. They ran my credit anyway. When I expressed that I was upset, they explained how credit worked which I under Went in with a pre-approval from a bank. They ran my credit anyway. When I expressed that I was upset, they explained how credit worked which I understood already and didn't need the explanation. They had no reason to run it because I didn't ask for financing from them or to run numbers. I did end up getting a nice car and I am happy with my purchase but I would not recommend the dealership nor will I be back to the dealership. More

This is my first dealings with Smedley Chevrolet! My daughter and I were treated like we were family. They put us in a used car that absolutely suited my daughter and her families needs.
