The service center is great. However, the shuttle service doesn't meet my needs .., I'm a widow and have no one to shuttle me about and your shuttle service does not go to where However, the shuttle service doesn't meet my needs .., I'm a widow and have no one to shuttle me about and your shuttle service does not go to where I live about 20 minutes from your facility. So either I wait all day in your waiting room or I try to find a neighbor to come get me. That really sucks. More
