Called on a Friday to tell me my car was ready. I arrived to pick up my car and 4 parts had not been replaced on my car. My car rental was due on the Wednesday after the competion call. Smedleys di I arrived to pick up my car and 4 parts had not been replaced on my car. My car rental was due on the Wednesday after the competion call. Smedleys did not offer to pay the additional days after they said my car was done. I was going to be charged personally for the additional rental days. Once my car was completed (for the second time), Smedleys wanted to hold my another day for a manager to look over. The manager was off and supposedlt no one else could look it over so i could get my car and turn in the rental. However, a manager did not check over the car before calling to say my car was ready for pickup the first time. More
