My experience on Monday was awesome! I picked up my car from the collision repair center. Jan and Dan(?) were both fantastic, as they are during all my interactions with them. I realized there was an issue with my tire sensor before pulling off and Dan took action right away to figure out what the issue was. After he and another staff member checked out the car and explained what the issue was, Dan walked me over to the service center and the gentleman there was a rockstar as well. (Not sure of his name.. had short black hair). I left my purse in my car during all the moving around and he brought it to me after the service was complete. I was quoted about an hour for the service and it was done within about 30 minutes. 10/10 customer service! The Smedley’s team continuously exceeds my expectations!! More
