We were very disappointed, we bought our Mazda there and were very pleased with the purchase,so we went back there. The salesman told us that there would be no penalty if we paid the loan off early, which w were very pleased with the purchase,so we went back there. The salesman told us that there would be no penalty if we paid the loan off early, which we found out that was a lie, and then he waited until we going to drive the ford escape home and told us that there was only one key. I called the sales manager, explained everything and asked if they could pay for the second key, he said sorry I can’t do that, The key is going to cost us over $200. We will never do business with Smedley’s again and I will make sure none of our friends do either, very very disappointed !!!!! Debbie Borts. dborts@gmail. com More
