Had a small dent on my car, after waiting a week for a phone call and finally reaching them was told a part was on back order. Then had to reach back out to find that my part was recieved. After 2 weeks w phone call and finally reaching them was told a part was on back order. Then had to reach back out to find that my part was recieved. After 2 weeks was told that they were sent the wrong part, then a few days later after calling back told it was a damaged part recieved. Then after being told my car was ready to go, i pick it up and the park was still not replaced. Manager tried to tell me he told me the part was on backorder till middle of the next month, after I signed paperwork and everyone failed to mention i had to bring it back in. Called at the END of the following month to check on the part and they already had it… Not one time did they ever call me to update me about anything or reach out about when i could come in to get the work done. Will never use again. More

Jon Casey was the absolute best including the staff was amazing they helped me all month of June to get approved for a loan and the banks kept turning me down and finally they sent me to the firefighters c amazing they helped me all month of June to get approved for a loan and the banks kept turning me down and finally they sent me to the firefighters credit union and got approved immediately and I got to get of what I wanted and I’m very happy with my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and already took it on a long trip to West Virginia to see my family and I just got back today and I called the salesman Jon Casey to let him know how the car was and he called me yesterday to make sure everything was going gray and I said to him everyone loves my car 10/10 rating and Jon Casey Deserves the best gift to be Employee of the month and he deserves a 100/100 rating & the other staff does too for asking about me and was happy for me!!!! Best staff and customer service for me buying my first time buyer car from a dealership and Smedley’S Chevrolet deserves the best that they can get a 100/100 rating from me!!!
